Friday 16th June
6.30pm – late
Gardeners Rest Pub – Kelham Island
Join our final Worrall Festival fundraiser event this year, to be held at the Gardeners Rest pub in Kelham Island. We will be hosting an open-mic/jam session alongside a BBQ, great beers and hopefully some sunshine! Come along to catch some of our brilliant festival musicians warm up together!
Entry is free but donations gratefully received on the night. All money raised will go towards supporting Worrall Festival – an annual music and ale charity event, held in the country village of Worrall on the edge of Sheffield.
(If you’re interested in playing it will be fairly informal – give us a heads up in advance if possible, or just show up on the night with an instrument!)
We are excited to announce that the dates for this year’s festival are the 30th June – 1st July and we’re busy working on the festival programme!
Check back shortly for details of our first local fundraising event, providing the opportunity to hear some of the great artists we’ve got lined up.

We are pleased to confirm that Worrall Festival regulars Jack’s Rake will be back again this year headlining our Friday Folk concert on 1st July!
Jack’s Rake was formed after the four original members went climbing in the Lake District and stumbled upon a folk festival in the evening. They are now one of the leading folk bands in the Sheffield area with hints of the Pogues, Levellers, Chieftains & Bellowhead.
Sets consist of their own unique arrangements of traditional songs & tunes plus original compositions with one or two cover versions thrown in for good measure.
Friday night advance tickets are only £5.00 and can be purchased online here: http://www.wegottickets.com/event/362552
We are excited to announce that The Fargo Railroad Co. will be returning to Worrall this year to headline our Saturday night concert on 2nd July.
For those who weren’t lucky enough to see them at Worrall Festival last year, Fargo are a southern rock styled band from Sheffield with hints of Ryan Adams and BlackBerry Smoke and playing all original material. In just over 2 years the band have headlined a sold out Greystones 2nd birthday show, Sheffield’s Plug and O2 academy, playing to a full room on both occasions and also supported Atlanta legends ‘Drivin n Cryin’, Nashvilles’ Warner E Hodges and Grammy nominated songwriter Will Hoge among others.
We’ll be revealing more of the festival line up over the coming weeks so stay tuned!
We are pleased to announce that the first Worrall Festival event of the year will be a Pie & Pea Fundraiser at Worrall Memorial Hall on Friday 6th May, with music by Dave Friskney & Friends plus support from Worrall’s own Alice Bryan. The night will also feature a selection of Bradfield Brewery ales to accompany the food. Doors open at 7:30pm. Join us for what will be a great night!
Tickets are £7.50 and include Pie & Pea Supper. All funds go towards Worrall Festival 2016.
