To celebrate the launch of the 100 Day Cultural Festival in Worrall (part of Yorkshire Festival 2014 Fringe) Worrall Community Association Limited presents a series of events for all the family Saturday 29th March:
Coffee morning 10.30 – 1.00 at the Memorial Hall,free admission. Yorkshire Tea & Cakes. Display of planned activities for the Cultural festival, new cycle and walking routes presentation following parts of the Tour de France race route.
Children’s activities 1.30 – 4.00, biking display by Sam Shepherd (recently featured in the Sheffield Sixer) at 1.30, smoothie bike, face painting, static bike challenge, guided bike rides on parts of the Tour route. BBQ throughout the afternoon.
French themed Wine, Cheese & Quiz evening 7.30 pm in the Memorial Hall to taste 6 French wines with an opportunity to buy presented by Barry Starmore of Starmore Boss Wines. Contact John on 0114 2862498 for tickets for the evening priced at £10.
